Le Carré d’Alethius

In 2010, Olivier and his wife Stephanie decided to recover the soul of this small restaurant in Charmes sur Rhone, a village that deserves its name. Le Carré d’Alethius pays tribute to a Roman senator whose tomb is on the town hall square. The restaurant has been renovated in colours and shades that give it a younger look, emphasizing a modern and delicate décor that creates elegance and warmth.
