Théo Jasmin serves a bistronomic cuisine based only on fresh seasonal produce favouring short circuits: vegetables from small producers, local fish and Breton lobster. Chef Yoann PERON offers to take you on a journey of discovery through his Breton dishes served in a relaxed atmosphere, under the leadership of Emanuelle, the mistress of the place. There is a menu of the day at midday and a gourmet menu in the evening both consisting of dishes prepared according to market availability that are sure to satisfy.
