A superb and charming building next to the royal Benedictine abbey has been entirely renovated in 2011 with natural limewash and fitted out with polished antique furniture and silk fabrics, giving it a feminine and sophisticated atmosphere combining tradition and modernity. Alain Ducasse has decided to revive this inn and the restaurant is under the direction of Nicolas PIERANTONI.
