Auberge Les Myrtilles

A small corner of paradise awaits you deep in the Pyrenees. The inn, full of charm and character, is located in the middle of a pine forest at the heart of the Vallée Verte, at 1000m of altitude, only a few kilometres from Foix. The bedrooms are spread out in various mountain chalets and all of them are very comfortable. The specialities from Ariège and Savoy, and the use of local produce, make up a generous and flavourful cuisine.

Spécialités : oreilles de cochons confites au piment d’Espelette ; l’Azinat (potée au choux vert avec pommes de terre, carottes, ail, oignons...) qui mijote pendant des heures dans un bouillon.
