La Ferme de Janou is, before everything else, a family history and a farm producing poultry, ducks and old-fashioned vegetables. The inn is located on the same site. The dining room is arranged around a beautiful fireplace where, surrounded by friendliness you can enjoy spit-roasted poultry, natural foie gras and young fattened chicken (poularde) with morel mushrooms. A beautiful instant of pleasure awaits you which you can continue at home with the delicacies that you can buy in the shop.
Spécialités : poularde sauce morilles ; joue de bœuf à la vigneronne ; magret de canard ; triptyque de foie gras de canard, cassoulet et son confit maison.
