Jean Marc Boyer welcomes you to his restaurant, located in Lastours, 12 km north of Carcassonne in the heart of Cathar country. The Bistro/Auberge displays a daily menu on the black board with a choice of three starters, three main dishes and three desserts, prepared with market produce and regional ingredients. The menu is renovated according to market availability and the chef’s inspiration. The setting is modern and pleasant, with a very big terrace overhanging the river and looked down on by four Cathar castles.
