The Relais Bernard Loiseau, located in Saulieu along the legendary Nationale 6, is a Mecca of Burgundian gastronomy and continues to write its incredible history. For almost 40 years, the chef Patrick Bertron has been exploring the treasures of the Morvan, Burgundy, his adopted land. Patrick Bertron's cuisine interprets Burgundy in a creative, intuitive, modern but resolutely gourmet way. Born in Brittany, the chef also draws on the flavors of his childhood.
