Built at the beginning of the last century on the sides of the Pink Granite Coast, this Breton manor house offers a panoramic view of the islands of Milliau, Molène and Losquet. All the dining rooms and guest rooms are situated on the seaward side. You can enjoy the gourmet cuisine of chef Anthony AVOINE in the exceptional restaurant in the form of an upturned ship’s hull.
Spécialités : Langoustine à l’unilatérale ; pied de cochon croustillant ; bigorneaux et laitue de mer ; Homard de l’île Grande nacré ; Kari-gosse et oignons de ruscoff.
Unusual informations
Bâti au début du siècle le Manoir est né de la vision d’un artiste : celui du peintre Pierre Gervais. Racheté en 1925 par la famille DAUBÉ, il n’a pas changé ni de main, ni d’esprit puisqu’Émile DAUBÉ (1885-1961) peintre proche de Marin-Marie et professeur à l’académie des Beaux-Arts y perpétua la passion de l’art, avant de la transmettre à ses descendants.
