Inspired by the desire to bring Saleich’s village shop back to life, a team of volunteers came together as a cooperative in partnership with the local authorities, local producers and customers. The aim of this bar-cum-grocery-cum-restaurant is to provide a service to villagers, create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, and serve quality products at reasonable prices. Chefs Philippe and Jean-Philippe offer you dishes of the day and a menu which varies according to their imagination and the ingredients which are available from local suppliers. Take-away meals are available and groups can be catered for.
