In a magnificent 19th century mansion, former Fantin Latour Museum, Chef Stéphane Froidevaux brings the mountains to life through his creative cuisine inspired by Alpine flora. Trained by Marc Veyrat, he enhances the products of the Southern Alps that he has known since his childhood. Supported by his wife Léa, he proposes a market cuisine at lunchtime and more gastronomic proposals in the evening.
