This 18th-century red-brick coaching inn now houses a charming restaurant where rustic chic is combined with the charming patina of old beams, exposed woodwork and a monumental fireplace. The flavourful cuisine is contemporary and prepared with fresh produce from the restaurant’s own garden. Passionate about travelling, the Chef loves to enhance his dishes with spices from all over the world.

Spécialités : escalope de foie gras en dés, petits légumes croquants et bouillon au lait de coco, curcuma et épices d’Asie ; pavé d’espadon juste snacké, assaisonné de baies de Sansho rouge, mousseline de chou-fleur et gingembre, jus de tomates confites et poivre vert, végétarien.
