Presentation of this table

Originally from Arras and a graduate of the Touquet hotel school, chef Mathieu Boutroy is giving back his letters of nobility to Lille's gastronomy after having worked with his two mentors: Marc Meurin and Eric Delerue. In this restaurant, which opened less than two years ago, he highlights the products of the Hauts de France.
