Welcome to the Auberge des Roses, nestled at the foot of the Jurançon vineyards in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. In a quiet, traditional Béarnaise building, you will be warmly welcomed into a dining room with exposed stone and beams. In winter, the fireplace will warm you up; and on sunny days you can eat on the shaded terrace. The chef offers you fish specialities from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction. He prepares a traditional cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce.
Spécialités : trilogie de foie gras ; poisson de la criée (turbot, lotte, merlu cabillaud...) ; pain perdu brioché aux pommes.
