L’Auberge du Moulin

L’Auberge du Moulin is located in Plobsheim, about fifteen kilometres from Strasbourg. In a magnificent Alsatian building, tradition and modernity are combined. In the kitchen, the quality is the order of the day: here we only serve homemade and fresh produce. Sauerkraut is one of the house's specialities. In summer, the terrace is a quiet and comfortable place to have lunch or dinner: the greenery gives the impression of being in a garden. This is a very pleasant place to enjoy a moment getting to know Alsatian cuisine.

Spécialités : tartes flambées au feu de bois ; bouchée à la reine ; foie gras de canard ; joues de porc au pinot noir, escargots à l’Alsacienne, rognons de veau entier, sauce au madère, galettes de pommes de terre, demi magret de canard cuit en base température au toast de tomates confites sauce bigarade du chef et croustillant de pomme de terre.
