Spécialités : le traditionnel <STRONG>œuf en meurette</STRONG> au vin de Bourgogne ; coq fermier du Gers de chez Jérôme Guichanné au vin rouge ; entrecôte charolaise (300 g), sauce chateaubriand ; le véritable Paris Brest, crème pralinée.
Cet établissement est installé depuis 1883. La famille FONTAINE est arrivée dans le quartier en 1784. On peut dire que le restaurant et son propriétaire sont bien implantés.
