Close to the Odéon theatre, Le Polidor, which first opened in 1845, continues the tradition of the great Parisian bistros. Here you can taste authentic Burgundy snails, Old-style blanquette de veau, boeuf bourguignon and grills. The meats that are served are French (from Normandy, the Limousin and Aquitaine). Everything is home-made, even the desserts.
