The luxurious brasserie of the Bristol Paris restaurant has earned a clientele of regular customers. The kitchens are open so as to bring some of their joyful energy into the dining room and to reveal some of their delicious mysteries. A sweet and seducing exuberance prevails, inspired by its manager, the charismatic Patrice JEANNE. Chef Jean-Charles CAUQUIL’s cuisine, based on a respect for local ingredients, shares the spirit of supervising chef Eric FRECHON.
