Presentation of this table

Located very close to Bercy, this is the only starred restaurant in eastern Paris. It celebrates the cuisine from the South Adour and the ocean, recalling old flavours but leaving great space for creativity. In a modern and comfortable setting, Nicole Dutournier and Claude Tessier will welcome you and will guide you as you make your choice from the menu.

Spécialités : oeufs pochés en piperade, copeaux de jambon frit ; le “vrai canard confit” sur l’os comme en Chalosse, escaoutoun de maïs, cèpes persillés ; la fine croustade landaise chaude et croustillante.
