Cette demeure fut bâtie en 1850 par le général d’Empire Guillaume, Jean-Marie Edouard de Bourjolly de Sermaise (1793-1871). Grand officier de la Légion d’Honneur. Ces armes figurent encore sur le fronton de l’entrée principale.
