Vincent CONTAL is an organic producer and miller based in the Ardennes, specializing in gluten-free flours and flours with gluten (wheat, rye, non-hybrid organic spelt). He also produces organic Camelina oil since 2018, of first cold pressure and organic rapeseed oil.

Spécialités : farine sans gluten de sarrazin bio et lentilles vertes bio certifiées AFDIAG (Association Française Des Intolérants Au Gluten) ; huile de Caméline bio ; lentilles vertes bio.
