In 1970, Anne and Philippe Rozès created their workshop. The recipes are simple and tasty: the famous black pudding of starred chef Christian Parra, Basque piperade, black cherry jam. The project of this establishment is to continue quality work with local breeders and producers, in order to offer generous cuisine with respect for people, a country, as well as a passion.
