A company specialized in the production and transformation of small fruits and wild flowers into aperitifs also called fruit wines following ancestral recipes and current vinification techniques, based on the elaboration of great wines. Fabrice perpetuates the Vosges tradition and has obtained the label Qualité Vosges Terroir.
