Confiserie Florian

Confiserie Florian has been transforming the citrus fruits of the Riviera and the flowers of the Pays de Grasse (rose, jasmine, violet) into delicious original gourmet sweet treats since 1921. It is based in the port of Nice and in the Gorges du Loup. Free daily guided visits of the workshops allow you to discover and taste the house specialties. If you visit during Carnival, Easter or Christmas (except weekends and bank holidays) you will be able to watch the staff moulding more than 600 hand painted chocolate figurines. The shop in the Gorges du Loup offers visitors the chance to discover the flowers and other ingredients on a walk around the garden among the citrus trees and the flowers. Latest shops to open: the Boutique Florian in Gourdon (2014), the Boutique du Chocolat in Pont du Loup (2015), and in Grasse (December 2016).
