Ferme de Caperan

The Capéran farm is located in Montastruc la Conseillère, between Toulouse and Albi. It extends over 59 hectares of which 9 are wooded and practices integrated agriculture. The LAURENT family started breeding goats more than 40 years ago. The GAEC (Groupement Agricole d'Exploitation en Commun) created in 1996, counts today 200 goats, 70 kids and 10 billy goats. The herd is fed mainly with the crops of the farm (hay and cereals), without silage, without GMO. All the milk is used for cheese processing. A range of about 30 farm cheeses made from raw milk is available all year round.
