This family farm produces market gardening vegetables using organic farming methods. One of the farm's specialties is Kale (kale) which has been grown on the farm for several seasons. Depending on the season, the vegetables grown are: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, courgettes, cucumbers in summer; potatoes, celery, carrots, leeks, cabbage, turnips, in autumn and winter; salads and young shoots from spring to winter.
