Choucrouterie ADES & Fils

The Choucrouterie ADES & Fils was founded in 1936 and the 4th generation has just taken over in order to continue this artisanal and traditional production. The first concern of Jean- Michel ADES is to offer you a quality product for which each step of the manufacturing process is carefully controlled. The sauerkraut is made from the farm's own harvests (Alsatian varieties). The Sauerkraut Factory ADES & Sons also markets fruits and vegetables in season.
