This trout farm is located at the foot of the Plateau des 1000 Etangs, in the Saônoises Vosges. The fish farm is fed by a mountain stream with pure water. The trout are raised in earthen tanks for 2 years and fed with low-fat food.

Spécialités : vente au détail ; truites et alevins (pour le repeuplement des rivières et des étangs) ; truites Fario et arc en ciel ; saumon de Fontaine et produit transformé
