Eric MICHEL manages a herd of Montbeliarde dairy cows. Half of the milk production is transformed into fresh products: a range of yoghurts (plain or flavored), ladle-molded cheeses, creamy farmhouse white cheeses... The cows' food is produced on the spot, at La Ferme du Buissonet and brings you a guarantee of products without GMO.
