Lafitte Foie Gras

Lafitte has been specializing in the manufacture of traditional Landes duck foie gras since 1920 and has a high reputation for its skill and authenticity. The ducks are fed with whole grains of corn. A highly regarded supplier of restaurants and food shops, its products are certified IGP Landes (Protected Geographical Source of Production) and regularly awarded prizes.
