In 1969 André CAZAUX created his artisanal charcuterie in the heart of Ariège. Thanks to rigorous know-how, a selection of fine raw materials (pigs of Midi-Pyrénées and Aquitaine origin) and the quality of its products. The family business has developed rapidly with his sons Serge and Jean-Luc, has distinguished itself by a tasty blend of rigor and artisanal tradition and by offering high quality products with the inimitable taste of Ariège. This work was rewarded in 2007 by the awarding of the Title of Master Craftsman and at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris (Gold Medal). Store, rue Villefranche in St Girons.
