Restaurant La Plancha des Halles

La Plancha des Halles, in the Halles de Béziers, a listed historic building. Run by the Vaquerin family, figureheads of Béziers rugby, this colourful venue is the place to go for a lively day out. The restaurant is filled with the sound of singing, bells ringing, guitar and the tenor voice of Floréal Vaquerin. On your plate, you'll discover a selection of beef from the Tarn and poultry from the Landes. Here, the emphasis is on short circuits, and the family makes a point of highlighting the quality of the animals, as well as their welfare. The restaurant also organises concerts on Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes.
