Laurence and Philippe D'ALLAINES created this restaurant in 2011in an exceptional setting at the heart of the Abbey's vineyard. The menu is made up exclusively of dishes drawing on fresh ingredients from the farm and from local producers. The vineyards of the estate provide the high quality wines to accompany your meal.
