Jean-Claude LASTERLE is the last craftsman-pastry chef making Gascon and Landes pastries according to a unique and traditional know-how. Thus, he invites you to taste tasty pies in their classic version (with apples) but also revisited (with almond cream, prunes, red fruits or even chocolate...). The second specialty of the house is the crisp (apples and Armagnac).

Spécialités : tourtières et croustades (ou pastis).
