Marie-Agnès LEMOUZY defends a certain ethic of consumption, healthy food, organic and good local products and short circuits. Here there is no notion of time: the grocery store is a place for discussion and exchange. Marie-Agnès works with more than 70 local producers in the region. To select them, she meets them, exchanges with them and tastes their products.
