Since 1818, this Périgord family property has been shaped by 7 generations. In 1981, they knew how to recompose the vineyard by combining the family know-how and the requirement of its clay-limestone soil (in AOC) and by adopting a vinification respectful of the environment, on 27 hectares. The grapes harvested at full maturity are vinified in the cellars and bottled on site. The family has been able to rehabilitate a local culinary tradition: Verjus (acid and finely flavored grape juice well known to great chefs).
