Champagne Le Gallais is made from 7 parcels of land, within a closed area, in the village of Boursault, in the heart of the Marne Valley. After 5 generations, Charlotte LE GALLAIS and her father Hervé, harvesters-manipulators, preserve the quality of the family soil by adopting a reasoned culture of the vine. They choose high quality processes and products to accompany their know-how and let the authentic personality of the 5 Le Gallais champagne cuvées express itself. Visits are possible by appointment (facilities, cellars and vineyards).
