Spécialités : le d’Artagnan (un gâteau oublié et remis au goût du jour : gâteau glacé pruneaux armagnac et fini à la Chantilly) ; le vacherin maison ; le Mauvezinois (biscuit croustillant, crème mousseline, fraises confites et mandarine fraiche) ; l’écureuil (biscuit noisette et crème noisette).
