It is in the heart of the Maurienne, in a village located 1000 meters above sea level, that Carole MILAN, snail farmer by profession, breeds gros-gris snails in open-air parks. Nourished with specially selected plants, and supplemented with cereals, its snails are the joy of your plates. Young and old gourmets will appreciate the different products cooked by Carole.
