For more than twenty years, the Fromagerie Tourrette has been looking for and selecting producers of farm cheeses made from raw milk according to different criteria (quality, herd feed, grazing area, respect and care of the animal, sustainable agriculture...). Thanks to a real know-how of refiner these raw products are transformed into diamonds. 8 stores (Haguenau, Mulhouse Rebberg, Epernay, Saverne, Obernai, Montpellier and 2 in Strasbourg).
