Jean-Marc and Rache have taken up the challenge of re-establishing lavender on the Causse du Quercy. The essential oil of lavender is recognized for its numerous virtues but can also be used as a food flavoring in culinary recipes. Lavender in the form of dried flowers is also sold in bulk or in bags. It delicately flavors desserts by infusion in milk or cream, or even directly mixed in a paste. Other products sold: honey scented with dried flowers, cake, chocolate, syrup, liqueurs, pastis with lavender.
