For four generations, the PARPILLON family has been a professional fishing family. Fishing is practiced with nets on the Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. The fishes are worked the same day with the greatest care.

Spécialités : lavaret ; friture de perchot et de gardon ; perche ; brochet ; quenelle, filet de lavaret fumé.
