In Gilley, in the small Republic of Saugeais, Le Tuyé du Papy Gaby produces tasty cured meats respecting ancestral local know-how. The Tuyé (enormous chimney of 100 m² on the ground and 18 meters high) flavors the products (hams, strips of bacon, pork tenderloins, sausages...) thanks to the branches and fir sawdust which are consumed. Leaving Tuyé, you will meet the President of the Republic of Saugeais and Grandpa Gaby will sing you the national anthem of Saugeais!
