Les Pigeonnaux Chabert is a farm located in the heart of the Drôme countryside. The pigeons are bred, slaughtered and processed there. The flagship product is roast pigeon, a typical Dauphinois recipe. A wide range of products is also offered (rillettes and other charcuterie products).
