In the 1950s, Monsieur and Madame Richier lived in Paris but dreamt of opening a hotel-restaurant in Collonges La Rouge. To do so they transformed a 15th-century family home, located at the heart of the town named after its red stone, where many films have been shot. The adventure has now lasted for 53 years!
