Book a table

A meal at the Cobéa starts with some starters and amuse-bouches and continues with the tasting of a choice of 4, 6 or 8 dishes. Each one of these dishes is given a simple name on the main menu, the recipe and the garnishes being the fruit of the chef’s imagination.


Spécialités : coquillages de Bretagne, pop-corn sésame ; lotte Petit Bateau, caviar, chou-fleur ; pommes de terre truffes et champignons ; le dessert, toujours un pavlova fruit de saison et chocolat.
