Restaurant AM par Alexandre Mazzia

In the 8th district of the Cité Phocéenne, Alexandre Mazzia offers a cuisine unlike any other. Inspired by the products of Mediterranean fishing and local market gardening, the chef combines them with flavors from Africa, the land of his childhood. His restaurant named AM (his initials) is located in the southern districts of Marseille. It has 22 seats in a minimalist decor open to the kitchen.
