The Hostellerie Le Castellas occupies three 17th century buildings imbued with Languedoc charm. In the stone vaulted dining room of the restauarant you can enjoy the specialities of chef Jérôme Nutile.
Spécialités : tartare de taureau de Camargue idée d'une tielle, haddock, pommes de terre safranées ; thon rouge de méditerranée du Grau du Roi, oignons blancs des Cévennes, piquillos basilic et lard paysan.
