Located in the city centre, five minutes from the famous Place du Capitole, this is one of Toulouse's oldest restaurants and not to be missed. Here cassoulet reigns but this is complemented by a modern cuisine which respects the first class ingredients and culinary traditions. There is a excellent list of regional wines which explains why the restaurant has been awarded the prize for the best regional wine list as part of the Lucien Vanel Prize 2009.
