Refuge-Auberge de Geve

The Refuge stands deep in the countryside. In winter, it welcomes you to the heart of a cross country skiing area. In summer, it is at centre of a network of hiking routes, the Refuge de Gève being a staging post on the Grande Traversée du Vercors (GTV, a long distance route across the Vercors Massif). An old forest house, the Refuge served as a camp for members of the Resistance in 1943. Three round wooden chalets offer 7 places to sleep apiece. Outside there is a hot Nordic bath offering a great experience: your body in the hot water and your head in the stars (by reservation).

Spécialités : gratin de ravioles aux épinards. Le soir sur réservation : fondue ; raclette aux trois fromages ; tartiflette, végétarien.
