Located between the Paris Opera and Place de la Madeleine, a stone's throw from department stores and theatres, the George Sand hotel opens its doors in the heart of the fashion and business district. Entirely renovated in 2014 in a contemporary spirit, the George Sand combines the charm of a discreet and refined hotel where sober lines and pure harmonies combined with the softness of the wood make its 20 rooms and suites a very "right bank" haven of peace.

This small bistro, located at the heart of Paris, receives produce from the southwest every day. The chef transforms and enhances it, whether quickly à la plancha or in dishes simmered for a long time. The place has the charm of the 1920s-1950s and daily welcomes art dealers from the Hôtel Drouot, journalists from Le Figaro and casual passers-by.

Since 2002 this restaurant has enabled Parisians to discover Gascon home cooking as well as offering expatriates from the southwest a friendly place in which they can cure their home sickness. This cosy restaurant is heated by the fire of its rotisserie which is visible in the upstairs dining room. Among the quick menus on offer in the bistro (which has a wide choice of snacks and wines by the glass) and the more substantial menus served upstairs, there is always something to suit your mood.

Le Café de la Paix has been a Paris institution since 1862. It combines the period décor (frescoes and gold decorations) with a cuisine based on the seasonal ingredients provided by quality producers. The result combines tradition and modernity to create a cuisine filled with freshness.

The Hotel Arvor, near the Gare du Nord and the Gare Saint-Lazare, offers 24 rooms and 6 suites elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities. Most offer a view of the rooftops of Paris and sometimes the Eiffel Tower.

Near the Place Etienne d'Orves, Le Bourgogne Sud has a friendly atmosphere, typical of Parisian bistros. Both the menu and the à la carte dishes invite you to discover or rediscover Burgundy-style cuisine and dishes prepared with market produce.
